How Do I Earn Points?

Earn 5 points for every $1 you spend and unlock your $15 off reward after spending $300.Rewards points can be earned by dining in, calling in a take-out order, and placing take-out orders online through cravejasmine.com website.

How do I identify myself as an Jasmine Rewards Program Member to earn points?

​Notify your server that you are a member of Jasmine Rewards Program and provide your phone number at any time before payment during your visit to earn points for qualifying purchases. For orders placed online, login using your jasmine Program Rewards account before placing your online order for takeout or delivery. (Points are only eligible to earn at time of purchase and no points can be credited after payment is processed and transaction is completed.)

Who can earn Jasmine Rewards?

Jasmine Rewards Program is open to all guests 18 years and over who reside in the U.S (Restaurant employees of Eastern Peak Restaurant Group are not eligible to earn rewards.)​ Member points are personal to each member.  Points can’t be sold, transferred, or shared between members or third parties.

 

How many points do I need to earn a $15 reward?

​Every time you earn 1500 points, they will automatically convert to a $15 Reward which will be posted to your account and eligible for you to use toward your next qualifying purchase.

When do I get my points?

​Points are posted to your account immediately at the end of your transaction. Once points are converted into your Rewards amount, the remaining points can be viewed in your account.

How do I check my points balance?

Check point balance by visiting cravejasmine.com, click “Rewards”, then click “Check Balance.”  Points can also be tracked through the toast take-out app.

 

 

 

Redeem Rewards

What do I earn points on?

​Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items and are calculated after application of all discounts and promotions.​ (Points cannot be earned on the purchase of Jasmine gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, comps, and tips.)

 

Can I earn points on takeout or delivery orders?

Yes. When you place or pick up your order, identify yourself as a Jasmine Rewards Program Member by providing your member information. No. Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as Uber Eats, are not eligible for earning Jasmine Rewards Program points.

Can I earn points for a takeout order through cravejasmine online or toastab.com app?

Yes!  Login using your Jasmine account when placing your online order for takeout.  If you are using the Toast, Take Out app to order, sign into your account through the app before placing your order.

Do I earn points on orders placed through third party ordering services?

Unfortunately, no.  Orders placed through third party ordering services, such as Uber Eats, are not eligible for earning Jasmine Rewards Program points.

How do I redeem my $15 Reward?

Once you have earned a $15 Reward, identify yourself as a Jasmine Rewards Program Member by providing your account information and letting your server know you want to use your reward. The reward will be applied to eligible menu items on your order.  The entire $15 Reward must be used in a single transaction.  No credits or refunds will be given for orders in which the qualifying purchase totals less than $15. (Please note that rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit. Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, alcohol, or service.)

Can I use more than one reward at a time?

No, only one reward can be used per purchase. Rewards are exclusively for Jasmine Rewards Program Members.

Can I redeem Rewards on a takeout order?

Yes!  When you pick up your order, before payment, identify yourself as a Jasmine Rewards Program Member by providing your account information to redeem your $15 Reward, if available.

Can I redeem Rewards through an online takeout order?

Yes!  Login using your Jasmine Rewards Program account when placing a takeout online or through the mobile app and your $15 Reward, if available, will be visible in your wallet.(Unfortunately, if you forget to login using Jasmine Rewards Program account when placing a takeout order online or through the toasttab.com, we will not be able to redeem your reward on that order.)
